Andy helped us in every stage of the home-selling process, from showing us comparable neighborhood sales and developing a full-value offer price for our home, to taking attractive interior and exterior pictures for a well-designed marketing brochure, to providing us advice on staging and decluttering, to offering us access to his network of competent and affordable handymen, painters and carpet installers, to organizing open houses with prominent signage, and to helping us evaluate the pros and cons of different offers once they started to come in. He even helped with strategy on how to persuade competing buyers to improve their offers to us, particularly in getting contingencies removed.

After we accepted an offer (which took less than a week from initial listing!), Andy was the go-to liaison for us with the buyers and their agent, making sure the inspection, appraisal, and walkthrough were scheduled quickly and conveniently for all concerned. He attended the closing with us and kept in contact with the title company until the disbursement of sales proceeds to us was received.
