Bob: Andy and his team were marvelous both in selling our previous residence and buying our new one. Andy was always honest and straightforward. At the same time he was circumspect. He knows the market and he knows how people can respond as well as what they might need in any given correspondence, whether verbal or written. He is kind and quiet, yet aggressive when moving toward concluding a deal. I would recommend him VERY highly to anyone looking for a buying or selling agent. Since a team rarely rises above its leader, it is clear that Andy is the team’s role model for great service, thorough attention to detail, quick responsiveness and astute negotiations toward a fair, desired outcome for all involved. Basically he is a soft spoken young man committed to be the best in his career that he can be. We first met Andy when our married children were buying their first house and he was the selling agent. His attentiveness and fairness to all parties involved was so impressive that several years later when they were upsizing, they chose him as their agent for the whole journey.

When we were ready to downsize, we were wrestling on how to select an agent with appropriate experience for our house value range. We interviewed several agents maybe a little more experienced in our value range, but Andy stood out with his enthusiasm to work with us. Convinced that he would work creatively and harder, we decided to give him a chance. In our life’s journey, we had people along the way who believed in us so we took the opportunity to “pay it forward” and never looked back; and certainly never regretted our decision. In our fifty plus years of marriage, a lot of real estate had passed through our hands both residential, commercial and investment. We have had a lot of good experiences with real estate agents but none compared to the service and attention we got with Andy and his team.

The most impressive thing about Andy was how many things he could balance with total attentiveness. His cell phone was an admirable tool supporting his skill to multi process on many levels simultaneously. We always felt we had his undivided attention as if we were his only customers. He was just a phone call or text away; and always available to us whether to talk on the phone, to meet in person, or to take us to see houses. The second thing was how well he listened to us when we expressed our thoughts and then humbly engaged in an authentic discussion. His mind excels in being able to clarify all sides, process multiple options and then be an enthusiastic, tenacious advocate on our behalf toward an acceptable outcome

Most of all he created amazing marketing materials and strategy for promoting our house in the best light, made an astounding amount of calls to agents pre-market listing, took charge of keeping a pulse on the activity, and personally followed up with all people that actually walked in to look at the house. Our house sold after the first open house.It truly was an enjoyable and fruitful experience working with Andy both on the selling and the buying end. He is an astute negotiator with both knowledge and patience on how to navigate the deal and allow it to unfold. We miss the enjoyment of interacting with him.
